The idea behind is that the the red ribbon is a symbol for the fight against HIV. Its more, it is the gobal icon of solidarity with HIV infected persons and AIDS victims

To my opinion the fight starts with knowing about ones status by voluntary testing.
So if everyone get checked, everybody can help to defeat expansion of AIDS.
Thats why I've used many little peoples to form the shape of the red ribbon to show the power of community.

I thought alot 'bout headline etc, but to my mind every claim or additionally information would destroy the message of the picture. And if just 1 person will think about the interpretation of it - one more person think about hiv.
